I’m Dr. John Mark Larsen, a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and orthopedic surgeon with over 30 years of experience. I am dedicated to providing impartial and evidence-based evaluations in complex orthopedic and spinal cases. My journey in medicine began with a Bachelor’s in Economics from Pacific Lutheran University, followed by my medical degree from the University of Washington. After completing my residency in orthopedic surgery at LAC+USC Medical Center, I further specialized with a fellowship in reconstructive spinal surgery at Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center.

In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as the Associate Medical Director of Orthopaedic Surgery at AIM Specialty Health, where I work to shape orthopedic policies and protocols. Through my consulting firm, John Larsen MD, Inc., I offer comprehensive medical-legal evaluations and expert insights for orthopedic-related legal cases.
